I can't say enough great things about Happy Paws, but let me try. We had a very bad experience with our previous groomer and were searching for the best place to switch to. We were watching for well groomed dogs to see who they used and so many dogs looked like they had been stripped bare of their hair after getting groomed. Two dogs we know that always look great, both use Happy Paws, so we decided to 'check them out'. The Happy Paws dog greeted customers and was adorable! He had a lion cut and totally rocked it. They allowed customers to watch their pets being groomed (unlike my previous groomer) and all of the dogs were excited and happy to be coming in for grooming. That speaks volumes to how the animals are treated there. We made an appointment with Marisa and our dog looked fabulous! It's obvious they really care about the dogs they work on because they really showered them with affection and attention. Wow! I love this dog store so much! I've only been to one other in the area and they both definitely have theirs pros and cons. This store was a lot smaller, but it had a huuuuugggeeee selection of Fromm dog foods compared to Woof Gang. They were scarce in their selection of antlers, but they had plenty of specials in the store for grooming supplies and more to keep us happy. This is how much I like this place: I drive 30 minutes from Kissimmee every time I take my girls to groom! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; the owners are super- nice. They make great conversations and they are not pushy. I met Joe online when I was looking for an aquarium. I bought the tank and made an appointment for my fur baby (Sophie is a year old Poodle/ Pug/ Yorkie mix) for that same weekend. I loved it! TEN STARS FOR THE BEST PET BOUTIQUE AROUND This delightful pet boutique & grooming spa is loveliness personified. I am endlessly frustrated with the large pet chains for not offering organic, natural foods & products for my dog. I had the pleasure of speaking with the charming couple, Claudia & Joe, who own this oasis (my Mother had the pleasure of chatting with their employee) and they took their time, answering all of my questions and suggesting solutions. It is apparent that they enjoy what they do. I was in awe of their vast selection of organic products and their depth of knowledge. Once you think you have found the best of something for your pet, stop by and they will show you something better. I left far more knowledgeable than when I arrived; They are specialists who are passionate about what they do. Their warm, kind energy is just the icing on the cake. Extremely happy and satisfied with this grooming salon. Everyone is so attentive and so cordial. Since opening the door , all you get is smiles!!! They even let you go inside where all the "action" is happening. You can actually see them doing their work with the doggies!!! This place is just excellent!!!! My baby, Katie Marie, didn't come home nervous or anxious... That means everything to me!!!! And she smells soooooo good!! Oh, and since it's Halloween month, they gave her a bag of organic treats!!! Our favorite place to buy our dog food, grooming,other supplies and doggie treats! They have a great variety of natural healthy dog food. My dog was very finicky about his food. Come to find out he didn't like the bad food you get a most retail stores sell. I was given a sample of Fromm Dog Food and he gobbled it right up. I like that I can understand the ingredients listed and know he is eating healthy. Prices are great too! It is nice to go to a place where they know your name, your dogs name and always are happy to see you! I always get complements everywhere I go on my dogs grooming. People just love the way he looks!
